Enofer is an iron supplement used to treat the effects of iron deficiency in an individual fighting kidney disease. It is usually injected into the body to promote the growth of red cells.

The dosing for iron replacement treatment has not been approved for patients under 2 years with Peritoneal or Hemodialysis-Dependent CKD or Non-Dialysis-Dependent CKD.
