Pricing Policy
Prices on the website are subject to change, as received from manufacturer(s), without any prior notice and updated on this website regularly. However, once order is complete, customer is charged the applicable amount that appears at the time of completion of order.
Cancellation Policy
An order cannot be edited or changed, once an order is complete and the order ID is generated. But an order can be canceled at any time before the payment is processed. To cancel an order, a customer is required to CONTACT US. If an order is cancelled before payment has been processed, there are no charges. We do not entertain cash refunds.
Return & Refund Policy
Customer is eligible to return an order without incurring any charges if it doesn’t contain what was ordered or it was damaged when delivered. Once an order has been returned, we will refund the amount back to customer store credit after deducting the applicable necessary charges.
At the time of delivery, inspect your package from outside. If the package is damaged on the outside, do not accept the package and do not sign the delivery slip. Simply return the damaged package. Signing of the delivery slip is taken as your consent that the package has not been damaged in transit. After opening the package, if you find that the contents of your received order are damaged from inside or are different from what you ordered, lodge your complaint within 24 hours of receipt of your order at CONTACT US.
We try our best to resolve your complaint within 24 – 48 working hours. However, the resolution time may vary depending on the nature of the complaint. We will initiate and launch an internal investigation and the report of that investigation would be shared with you as full and final resolution of your complaint. If you are found eligible for return/refund of the ordered products in full or part thereof, then we will process the same under intimation to you. Cold chain order cannot be cancelled, once it has been shipped. Cold chain order cannot be returned and does not qualify for refund. However, in case the received cold chain product is different from what you ordered, we will reship the correct order to you.
